I was born in the UK to a culturally diverse family and moved around a lot until landing in Israel at the age of 15 and dropping out of highschool.
Returning to the UK, I started my career as a receptionist at a staffing company, where I quickly moved up the ranks to recruiter. I then moved to Mainline Resources Limited, where I built their rail staffing department from scratch. As a symbol of my success, my boss offered to get me any car I wanted.
How did I get here?

I wanted a world with kinder workplaces. So in 2004, I founded ProActive Recruitment Services, revolutionising the staffing industry by hiring based on values and character, not just accomplishments. Soon, we were servicing most of the UK’s transportation industry. Our proprietary scheduling platform spun off into its own startup, Sirenum, which I helped guide to an exit in 2021.
But my success only bred more questions. I began a Master’s degree in Philosophy at Birkbeck, University of London, specialising in Business Ethics, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Environment, Social, and Corporate Governance. My dissertation explored the topic “Do corporations have moral agency?”
Finally, I discovered my calling. I began working toward a Certificate in Executive Coaching at Henley Business School. Today, I guide corporate leaders through professional dilemmas and help companies create cultures where humans thrive.
That was a turning point: I realised I was looking for something more than a fancy car.

I’m an executive career coach, business consultant, Angel Advisor, public speaker, and professional mentor. I’m the sherpa guiding you through professional transitions, the doctor treating problems in the workplace, and the cheerleader pushing you toward a life you can be proud of.
But getting here wasn’t easy. I failed at many jobs before finding my path. I’m a living testament to the power of innovation and resilience, when used hand-in-hand with compassion.
